Creating an Individual Experience

  • Every company is simply a reflection of the individual people that stand behind a company’s name.  At the end of the day, the people behind the name “Five 25 Capital” are individuals who invest in real estate, while having the same common belief of placing the client’s needs first. We know from experience that accountable relationships are what we look for when determining to do business with anyone on our own investments. 
  • This is why we strive to create the lending experience that we sought after. Which in short is an individualized experience that is relationship driven. 

Investor Focused Solutions

Capital

  • The cornerstone solution that Five 25 Capital provides is investment capital in the form of debt. Understanding that you have multiple options when it comes to debt placement, we’ve created multiple sources of funding. Whether the funding is from our own fund, partners, or private investors within our network, we will make sure that you have the best option at all times.

JV Investing

  • Investing with our clients through a Joint Venture partnership, is often the pinnacle of the “debt” solution. This form of investment is typically only for operator’s who have an ongoing, established relationship with Five25 Capital.

Syndication

  • Larger projects that are brought forward by our clients, who have an established relationship with Five25 Capital, will have the opportunity to network their proposal with Five25’s Fund Investors, and Private Capital providers.

Deal Sourcing (Solution and Opportunity)

  • In today’s low inventory market, deal sourcing is often the biggest challenge that our clients face. In order to provide your deal sourcing solution, we ask all clients and even prospective clients to complete the “investment criteria” form. This allows us to bring you off-market deals. You might be asking yourself how we actually find potential deals in your marketplace. The answer to that question is just like anything in real estate; numbers. Our team talks to 100’s of investors in your marketplace, many of which either know of a great “bird-dog” or are looking to off-load their own properties. Before these opportunities are passed on to you, we review the numbers and will verify if they meet your criteria.

More than just Lending

Sourced Deals (Solution and Opportunity)

  • In order to provide your deal sourcing opportunities, we ask all clients and even prospective clients to complete the “investment criteria” form. This allows us to bring you off-market deals.   • Five25 Capital, offer’s clients the opportunity to invest in our Lending Fund, or as a “private investor” if you are looking to invest in specific projects outside of the fund structure.

  • Five25 Capital, offer’s clients the opportunity to invest in individual notes produced by Five25 Capital’s acquisition division.

However, in today's world having every piece of information available to give you a leg-up on the competition is what will help you set your business apart. Five25 Capital, offers the implementation and education on google analytics on your website.

  • Every Investor has their own fundamental road map and invests in what makes sense for their business. Through understanding your process and strategy, we aim to align with the fundamental cornerstones of your investing strategy and bring value through integrating and aligning the lending process. The values that we strive to bring into each client-lender relationship are: solutions that we can mend, opportunities that we can offer, alignment of the lending process, all of which are accomplished through transparency and accountability. 

Core-Value

  • Ensuring that each client is given full transparency into all aspects of their business that they’ve placed and entrusted to Five 25 Capital. Whether the update is good or bad, it’s better than not knowing.

Core-Value

  • Ensuring that every action item in the loan process that is in direct control of Five25 Capital, is completed by the date that was initially stated. If the action item is not able to be completed by the given date, an immediate update will be sent to the client and reasons for why.

Five 25 Capital's Founding Principal

Five25 Capital, was implemented by the Founding Principal, Scott Meyers. Scott, has over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector through mortgage note investmenting , servicing and investment lending. In real estate lending, Scott, ran a lending division as National Sales Director and most recently ran an entire division as President, at two major private lending companies. Under his leadership, these companies aggregated over 2.2 billion in loan origination volume.

Program Questions


  • What are your minimum loan amounts and max loan amounts?

    Minimum Loan Amount $75,000 Max Loan Amount $30,000,000 (Higher will be case by case basis). *Each loan minimum and maximum is based on product.

  • What States do you lend in?

    We lend in all States except for the following: California, Arkansas, Nevada, New York (Case by Case), Arizona (Case by Case)

  • What is your minimum Fico requirement?

    We require a mid-score of 600 to be eligable for bridge products and a 680 for rental products.

  • What are your Interest rates?

    Our risk adjusted interest rates range between 7.25% and 11.99% for short term products.

  • What documentation do you require?
